Quality Management Division

 Quality Division oversees the application of quality management system in the departments and divisions in BOTI covered by the system to achieve the international standard requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and continuous improvement of the events and activities in order to maintain the efficiency of the quality management system and coping with the development in the field of quality.

The quality management division includes three units:

 - Documentation Unit

- Internal Audit Unit

- Data Analysis Unit


Quality Management Division Keen to monitor and manage the quality of performance in all activities undertaken by BOTI in accordance with the standards systems established by the International Standard ISO 9001: 2008, and the division apply all its procedures, events, and all activities in all work levels based in the four steps of process improvement cycle: (plan – Do – Check – Act).



The process improvement cycle:

Plan: create a time line, including all resources, activities, dates, and personnel training.

Do: implement the plan and collect data.

Check: analyze the results of the plan.

Act: act on what was learned and determine the next steps.


 Quality Management Division Objectives:

 1. Ensure the quality of the performance of teaching, scientific and administrative of all the events and activities.

2. Privileged access to scientific performance of teachers and trainers in BOTI and its alumni as well.

3. Demonstrate the ability of BOTI in the preparation and graduate student who meets the scientific requirements and the requirements of the community.

 4. Improve the scientific performance of BOTI through continuous improvement of the curriculum and programs of scientific research and encourage continuing education and community service.

  What next:

 For the purpose of the advancement of the health, safety and environment (HSE) in gas and oil sector and keep abreast of global developments happening in this area with international companies, BOTI seeks to obtain the environmental management system certification according to the international standard ISO 14001: 2004, and certificate of occupational health and safety (OHSAS) in accordance with the International Standard ISO 18001: 2007 up to (Integrated Quality Management System).
