Sub./ bid for renting cars to transport Baghdad Oil Training Institute officials

Baghdad Oil Training Institute at Al – Waziria area announces bid for renting cars to transport affiliates it officials from their Living areas to Institute and back for 2012 .For those who want to participate in this bid, includingspecialized Companies and bureaus and entrepreneurs specialized ant , submit their offers according to the conditions which they could get from the legal section in the Institute against ( 100000 IQD) one hundred thousand Iraqi dinar non- refundable and enclose the following documents with the submitted offer:

1- For the specialized companies , submit a company establishment cotract and registerr certification from companies

registerr directorate , and for the entrepreneurs bureau owners submit transporters union identity or entrepreneurs

registration identity or Baghdad trading chamber identity .

2- A Bid bond amount (1%) one percent of the total value of the offer issued by a credited bank in Iraq by endorsed check

Or bank guarantee to the order of Baghdad Oil Training Institute .

3- Tthe offer should be priced and all copies should be signed with mention the company or the bureau full address and the

e-mail and phone number .

4- The dirctorate will not be obliged to accept the lower offers.

5- The validity of offer is (90) ninety days from the closing date.

6- An official letter of tax clearance should be issued by the state board of taxes.

7- any offer does not enclose with a/m documents will be neglectfed.

8- The winer will bear the fees of publishing the announcement and any other fees.

9- The offer be submitted in a closed rubber-stamp envelop and offers will be received for (25)days beginning from the date of publishing this announcement till 1 o’clock afternoon.
